Pre-IEO Guide: How to Pass the KYC on MetaBlock Exchange

Step 1 :

After logging in, click on My Info on navigation bar at top, to open the My Info page.

Step 2 :

Click on the Verify button next to Identification (KYC) label.

Step 3 :

Please fill in the form with all valid details and confirm that the provided values are correct and agree with the policies. Click on Submit button to submit your KYC.

KYC verification can take up to 48 hours.

Step 4 :

You can also check the status of your KYC form by clicking on Check Status button next to Identification (KYC) label.

Step 5 :

When your KYC is under verification, you will see below screen. You can also resubmit your KYC by clicking on Resubmit button if you want to resubmit all information.

Step 6 :

If your KYC is verified you can check it on My Info page.

Step 7 :

If your KYC is decline, you can verify the Reason and Resubmit from the My Info page.
